Registration by Malaysian participants is payable using the  MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) currency through Local Order (LO) / Banker’s Cheque / Electronic Fund Transfer.

Terms and Conditions of Payment

​

  1. The conference fee amount is not negotiable.

  2. Your registration form constitutes a legally binding contract.

  3. You are legally obliged to make payment for all fees as applicable by your registration on or before the payment deadline.

  4. Failure to pay on or before the stipulated payment deadline, you are responsible to acknowledge the treasurer via norazlina499@uitm.edu.my, otherwise your participation is considered null and void.

  5. A participant who cancels his/her participation after the last registration date must pay the whole amount of the invoice price.

  • All presenters will receive e-certificate of participation following the virtual conference.

  • ​The journal publications are subjected to additional fees.
